Our Experience
Our team leader Tregunna (Treg) has successfully established and managed occupational health clinics across Southern Africa and has been in the industry for 10 years. Furthermore, TK was the sales director for an Occupational Health Group for which was built up to a successful sustainable business boasting 5 fixed clinics and 7 mobile units nationally. He led and trained their Salesforce to reach company sustainability by gaining clients over the years and averaging an amount of 3800 occupational health medicals per month nationwide. Currently, that business has a company turnover of R50m per annum. Due to this vast experience and the fortunate success achieved, Treg established RexGrowth consultancy. Treg has since successfully advised and trained numerous occupational health businesses may it be start-ups or existing businesses to achieve exponential growth.
